Lock/Closure broken after 2 weeks

really liked the chain BUT the closire/Lock was broken after only 2 weeks...will contact the customer service now and see what they do about it

Love this 'be nice' chain, it’s stunning on, the gold is bright and pops, it’s such a cool statement piece too. Definitely one of the best jewellery brands for gold pieces that last. I bought a pair of earrings and a ring 2 years ago and they’re still perfect and gold.
