This chain is 18kt gold plated and 100% waterproof, tarnish free and won’t chip! Basically, it’s indestructible.
All orders placed on our EU website are shipped direct from our warehouse in Netherlands by PostNL and are not subject to any customs fees. Order by 3.30pm for dispatch that day.
Not my first time ordering from hoops and chains (I now have 4 chains and a pair of hoops). I hadn’t had any issues previously and I can’t fault the quality of the jewellery but the customer service on this order left a lot to be desired.
It took over two weeks for the order to be dispatched and around 20 days until delivered. The first email
I sent asking for an update on the order after it hadn’t been dispatched in the time frame stated on the website was ignored. The second email I sent asking for an update was also ignored. Finally I received a reply to the third email I sent but what I received was just a generic response with nothing more than a token explanation and apology.
I must admit it left me feeling a little disappointed, especially having spent over €100 to date. I had planned on making more purchases, because as I said the products are great but this experience has left me feeling a little unsure about future purchases.
