Like the length , color, nice to layer with shorter necklaces.
Not my first time ordering from hoops and chains (I now have 4 chains and a pair of hoops). I hadn’t had any issues previously and I can’t fault the quality of the jewellery but the customer service on this order left a lot to be desired.
It took over two weeks for the order to be dispatched and around 20 days until delivered. The first email
I sent asking for an update on the order after it hadn’t been dispatched in the time frame stated on the website was ignored. The second email I sent asking for an update was also ignored. Finally I received a reply to the third email I sent but what I received was just a generic response with nothing more than a token explanation and apology.
I must admit it left me feeling a little disappointed, especially having spent over €100 to date. I had planned on making more purchases, because as I said the products are great but this experience has left me feeling a little unsure about future purchases.
