Unfortunately, when these arrived they were halfway out the box. It seemed to compromise the closure on one of the earrings. I did try to fix it myself, but not really confident wearing them without the worrying of them falling off. Admittedly, they don’t appear as sturdy as my previously bought gold pair. However, this will not prevent me from purchasing from the site in the future. I respect their origin story and like the items they sell.

I do love Hoops and Chains - I have a lot of items from this store as I love them so much! However I always seem to receive pairs of earrings with one side that doesn’t fasten properly…really annoying as I end up with one having lost the other somewhere! But the customer service team are brilliant at sending out a replacement pair and never any issue!
